Does FolderBuddy support Microsoft Exchange ?
MS Exchange is supported if the server has the IMAP service enabled. Please check with your administrator.
How does it works ?
FolderBuddy is an IMAP client -just like Mail on your device- FolderBuddy communicates directly with your mail server over a secure connection -when supported by your email provider. Your password is safe and only send to your mail server.
What about POP ?
Sorry FolderBuddy work only with the IMAP protocol. POP server do not support server side folders, so FolderBuddy can't help.
What about Hotmail ?
Sorry FolderBuddy work only with the IMAP protocol. Hotmail does not support the IMAP protocol, so FolderBuddy can't help.
What about my domain name ?
Please check your current settings in your iPhone/iPod Touch for that account. If you see that it is configured as an IMAP service then yes FolderBuddy will most likely work with your own custom domain name. If you see the service is configured for POP server, then unfortunately FolderBuddy can't help.
